Outpatient Treatment

Rimrock Trails Adolescent Treatment Services offers all three levels of care - educational, outpatient, and intensive outpatient treatment services - to adolescents in Crook and Deschutes Counties. We also offer assessments in these counties. We maintain offices in Bend, Redmond and Prineville. Now providing limited outpatient service in LaPine; please call (888) 532-6247.

The length of time required to complete treatment is based on ASAM criteria and varies according to the client's individual needs and rate of progress. Most clients require approximately 12 weeks to complete treatment.

All clients receive weekly individual and group therapy. In addition, clients and their parents or guardians attend a family therapy group each week. Call our main office for a schedule of group sessions.

In addition, clients are encouraged to attend AA and NA recovery meetings in the community.

Authorization for Release of Information (List name of insurance provider on the Release of Information form and return prior to scheduling an interview. A separate release will be needed for each insurance company.)

Outpatient Sliding Fee Scale

For those families who do not have access to insurance, or those who have met their maximum benefit coverage, we will bill utilizing our Sliding Fee Scale.

Outpatient Indigent Funds

Crook County and Deschutes County Mental Health Departments provide indigent funds for youth whose family income meets requirements and who have no medical insurance. Proof of household income is required for the Business Office to approve these funds for Outpatient services.
